The B&B is near the Valmontone exit of the A1 motorway, not far from Rome, in a villa surrounded by trees and flowers, with independent and comfortable rooms, a swimming pool and a charming restaurant.
Wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds singing outside and the beautiful colours of the flowers surrounding the villa, take in the irresistible aromas of our varied and tasty breakfast with the most genuine local products. And then your only problem is deciding whether to pass the day relaxing under an umbrella by the pool or to visit the Spanish Steps in Rome 40 minutes away, Zoomarine and Cinecittà World 30 minutes away, Rainbow MagicLand theme park in Valmontone just 8 minutes away, Palestrina a mere 5 minutes away, the Roman Castles or Tivoli just 20 minutes away or the Valmontone Outlet just 7 minutes from here, comfortably aboard our complimentary shuttle, leaving your own car safe in our free car park.

The Villa
The Valmontone B & B Country House is inside a large villa set in a vast meadow in the middle of a park, and is surrounded by a large flower garden. The villa is all on one floor, there are no stairs and it offers immediate outdoor access.

Swimming pool
The pool was built not long ago with the latest technology, in the part of the villa with the greatest sun exposure, at just the right distance from three majestic cork oaks and a huge linden tree, so that the pool itself offers the best hospitality on a “Roman scale”. It has got 5 hydromassage jets and there is a “cervical hydromassage jet” at the centre of the pool’s shorter side.

The restaurant
This is our motto that attests to our professionalism and commitment, with the only goal to make you feel like honoured guests in our restaurant; we put in our reputation, passion and love for our work.
Ours is true Roman traditional cuisine. This traditional cuisine is increasingly hard to find in the metropolis, but at our restaurant just outside Rome, traditions have remained intact. With local products, often of our own production. With the best wines made in Lazio.
Our specialty is the realization of the most traditional Roman and Lazio cuisine:

Every morning our shuttle accompanies our guests to historic Rome. This is a free service to our guests.

The two of us stayed at your b&b 19 March to 21 March 2016. We hoped to attend Pope Francis’ mass in St. Peter’s Square. We couldn’t have made a better choice. Carlo and Serena brought us to Rome with the van every day. Giuseppina, the cook, delighted us with her dishes. The location is unique and beautiful. Everyone made us feel at home.
Abbiamo prenotato per una notte la struttura compresi i biglietti del rainbow magicland ,titolare gentile, disponibile, camera accogliente, circondata dal verde, da consigliare per chi si trova in quelle zone e vuole stare in tranquillità.
Arriving here is like entering a world where peace and serenity reign. The management is family-run, just as the welcome is familiar and cordial. The dishes are prepared and presented with care and reveal wise choices in using the best local products. The dishes are prepared with a bit of imagination, yet they don’t deviate from traditions. The wine cellar, although not superb, had products of the highest quality.
I stayed with my family and friends (4 adults and 4 children) one night as an intermediate stop on our trip! We had such a wonderful time! The place is very beautiful, outside of the hustle and bustle, perfect for two excellent days of relaxation. Beautiful rooms, fabulous pool, perfect restaurant with excellent quality for the price, and the extreme kindness offered by everyone there!!! We spent a wonderful evening in the company of those who welcomed us into their home, Gianni and Elena. Their smile won us over! Well done!
Lungo il viaggio che ci ha portato in Sicilia, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo bellissimo b&b. Piscina e ristorante tutti per noi (2 famiglie, 4 adulti e 4 bambini felicissimi). Abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Complimenti alle cuoche che ci hanno fatto provare la cucina laziale deliziandoci a cena, colazione e pranzo. Abbiamo ricevuto sorrisi e gentilezze da tutti. speciali i proprietari che la sera del nostro pernotto ci hanno fatto compagnia a bordo piscina. siamo partiti con il pensiero di tornarci. Ne vale la pena.
About us
The Polucci family has welcomed guests with hospitality for three generations, according to the most ancient rules of Italian and Roman traditions. Our family’s history in hospitality started early in the century with Carlo Polucci’s inn “L’Armellino”, which hosted many ordinary and distinguished guests like Vittorio De Sica and Gina Lollobrigida. Today Carlo Polucci, the founder’s grandson, follows the Family’s ancient profession with pride and passion.
